One day introduction to Hill Skills 1:2:1

This is a One day 1:2:1 session as an introduction to Hill Skills, Looking at Navigation, Kit, Clothing, nutrition, Risks.

This session could help with preparation for Duke of Edinburgh expeditions, General Hill and moor land walking, Preparation for Low land leader

qualifications or just because you want the confidents to get out on the "Hill"
